THE PROCESS:
STEP 1: ESTIMATES AND CONSULTATIONS FOR TREATMENTS CAN BE CONDUCTED AT NO COST
STEP 2: ONCE THE ESTIMATE IS APPROVED THE PIECE WILL BE DIGITALLY DOCUMENTED, AND A FULL CONDITION
REPORT AND PROPOSAL WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT.
STEP 3: ONCE THE PROPOSAL IS APPROVED THE TREATMENT WILL BEGIN.
(NO TREATMENT WORK WILL BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT FULL DOCUMENTATION AND CONSENT OF THE OWNER
OF THE ARTIFACT)
STEP 4: AFTER TREATMENT IS COMPLETED THE PIECE WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND A FINAL
TREATMENT REPORT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT UPON THE RETURN OF THE PIECE ALONG WITH A FINAL
INVOICE.
(NO TREATMENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION AND A FULL REPORT. ALL TREATMENTS ARE CONDUCTED WITH THE HIGHEST ETHICAL STANDARDS AS REQUIRED BY THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CONSERVATION CODE OF ETHICS)
